Agreement

By creating a project or using Vanthio you agree to these terms. If you are using Vanthio for an organisation, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.

What the service is

Vanthio provides an embeddable support chat and a feedback board, hosted by us and reachable at a subdomain we assign to your project.

We may change, add, or remove features. If a change removes something you depend on, we will try to give reasonable notice.

Free while early

Vanthio is currently provided free of charge and there is no billing in the product. We may introduce paid plans in future; if we do, you will be told before anything you use starts costing money, and you will be free to stop.

Because it is free and early, the service is provided without any uptime commitment or service level guarantee.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vanthio to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, to store payment card details or special-category personal data, to breach anyone else’s rights, or to attack, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

You are responsible for what the people you invite as operators do with the accounts you give them.

Your data

You keep all rights to the content you and your users put into Vanthio. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display it in order to run the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the data you route through Vanthio, and for telling your own users about it.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by removing the embed and asking us to delete your projects.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where required by law. We will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
